All cats to be boarded must have a current valid certificate of vaccination against core infectious agents:
Please remove collars prior to admittance and ensure cats are transported in a secure basket. No responsibility will be taken for pets arriving until they are secure in their lodges.
Owners are obliged to inform us of any new medical conditions not already disclosed and to make us aware of changes to any pre-disclosed medical conditions of their cat. No cat will be released from the cattery to any other person, except to the owner, or to an agreed person nominated by the owner, by pre-arrangement. We will not accept un-neutered Males over 6 months of age.
Should any cat fall ill or be symptomatic whilst being boarded the management reserve the right to call a veterinary surgeon and act upon his advice. Any boarding cat found to have an infestation of fleas, worms or tics on arrival will be treated as appropriate at the cat owner’s expense. If a cat is insured with an owner policy please inform us if you make any changes or cancel your policy.
A booking may be changed up to 14 days before commencement subject to availability, if 7 days or less notice of cancelation is given and the booking cannot be re assigned then the full original booking fee would be required to be paid. Boarding fees will be charged for the day of arrival and the day of departure. If a cat is collected before the end of the period booked, fees are still payable for the cancelled period unless those days can be reassigned. All cats left to be boarded will be invoiced for their stay. All invoices must be settled by the owner or their representative at the time of pickup or before. Any failure to settle an invoice and default will result in the removal of any discounts after 60 days and the full cost being due. In the event that Rosegreen 4 Cats instructs sheriff’s officers or collections company, any costs will be passed on to the debtor.
Hours of business are clearly displayed on the website and in the cattery reception. Our hours are extensive and accommodate the majority of bookings, pickups and drop offs. We ask that you try and restrict business to these hours. In the event, you wish to arrange for the pick up or drop off outside of these hours because it fits in better with your travel plans we will always try and accommodate this if practical. We are closed on Sundays to either pick up or drop off cats.
Any boarded animal that has not been collected WITHIN 14 DAYS of their Departure date from the cattery AND whereby no communication has been received from the Owner / Agent, the animal will be considered abandoned. The management of the cattery reserve the right to re-home, sell or otherwise dispose of any abandoned animal at their discretion.
Cat Being Picked Up Out Of Hours Will Incur A Surcharge On Each Occasion Of £20 This Is To Cover Administration And Re Scheduling Of Reception Staff Cover.
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
If an emergency contact number or email has been left, please ensure that this will be checked at points whilst you are away.
Rosegreen 4 Cats reserves the right in exceptional circumstances to cancel any or all bookings where necessary with 28 days’ notice
Whilst cats boarding at Rosegreen 4 Cats receive every care and attention, they are boarded entirely at the risk of the owner. These conditions of acceptance will be valid on this and any future stay at Rosegreen 4 Cats.

Information collected about you will be used purely for the completion and management of your booking and to provide a good service. No details are passed to any third party or used for other purposes other than where required by law.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between you the ‘Client’ and ourselves. You’re accessing of this website and /or undertaking of a booking indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. the agreements page is updated regularly and you should always satisfy yourself you have an up to date copy, all previous agreements are superceded. your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
